About her work at Mission Ministries Alliance, Crystal says, "My passion for this work is driven by my lived experience, one of the favorite parts of my job is helping other women in recovery become professionals in the field, ‘Iron sharpens Iron, and one man sharpens another' (Proverbs 27:17). My lived experience and training help me approach hard to reach individuals from a unique perspective and they trust me knowing I have been there before myself. They are my people! I love giving back what was given to me. I am looking forward to the future growth of Mission Ministries Alliance and I thank God every day that I get to be a part of the work he is doing in McDowell County."
